New commercial investment in Lubin – construction of OTO Park is starting.

OTO Park Lubin is one of the largest and most modern retail parks currently being developed in Lower Silesia. The investment is taking place on the site of a former, neglected green area, which will gain a new, functional, and aesthetically pleasing purpose thanks to the project. The complex, with an area of 15,000 m² GLA, will offer residents around 30 stores of well-known brands, a spacious parking lot for nearly 400 cars, and comfortable, modern infrastructure. The facility will be designed with user convenience in mind, clear communication, and a friendly public space.

The project is being developed according to high environmental standards and aims to obtain a BREEAM Excellent certification. As part of the investment, photovoltaic panels, electric vehicle charging stations, efficient rainwater retention systems, and green leisure areas are planned. The new retail park will fill a "white spot" on the commercial map of Lubin, becoming the first modern facility of its kind in the western part of the city. The investment will contribute to improving the accessibility of services and enhancing the quality of daily life for residents. The investors of the project are Acteeum Central Europe and Falcon Investment Management, while Trasko Invest is the general contractor overseeing the project.
