Laying the cornerstone for OTO Park Lubin

The ceremonial commencement of the OTO Park Lubin construction is now behind us. The event gathered representatives from the investors, the general contractor, and local authorities, officially opening the next phase of the investment's realization.

On December 1, 2025, the cornerstone laying ceremony took place, inaugurating the construction of one of the largest retail parks in Lower Silesia. The complex, covering an area of 15,000 m², is being built on John Paul II Avenue.

The investment is being carried out jointly by Acteeum Central Europe and Falcon Investment Management, with Trasko Invest serving as the general contractor.
